There is a satellite dish with German and Danish channels, as well as fast Wi-Fi and Chromecast for streaming your own TV packages.The garden, pergola, and wooden terrace are well planted, cozy, and largely secluded.Located just over 100 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach and the coast, which offers good fishing all year round.Water and gas (for cooking) are included in the price.Not available for rent to youth or tradespeople groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
