The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds, a double bed and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a CD player and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a stove and a convection microwave.

For ultimate wellness, the property includes an indoor sauna and a luxurious 6-person outdoor whirlpool, where you can soak while enjoying the sea breeze. Please note the outdoor whirlpool is available from week 12 to week 42. Practical amenities include a well-equipped kitchen with a large freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Set on a 600 m² natural plot, the house is both energy-efficient and cozy, utilizing a geothermal heating system supplemented by a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. While the location offers a peaceful, non-smoking environment right by the sea, local restaurants and shopping are within a short drive. This home is an ideal choice for a small family or couple seeking a modern retreat with a view. Please note that rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
