The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Beautiful holiday home with panoramic views of Helnæs Bay The almost new holiday home (first occupied in 2013) is located at the beginning of a small holiday home settlement surrounded by meadows, fields and forest with a magnificent sea view of Helnæs Bay. 300 metres below the house is a child-friendly beach with a freely accessible bathing jetty. The island capital Odense is about 40 minutes away, and Copenhagen and Legoland are also within easy reach.

There is a large, partially covered terrace to the south-west with a fantastic view over the sea and a smaller terrace to the east for a sunny breakfast. The large meadow around the house invites you to play, relax or fly a kite.

Our house has 3 bedrooms and a cosy open loft with 2 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. It is bright, modern and nicely furnished. The spacious living room offers a fantastic view over the sea. A large flat screen TV with HDMI connection, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, WiFi and a few board games provide plenty of entertainment even on rainy days. The wood-burning stove in the living room provides a cosy ambience on cooler days.

A small golf course (Parkgolf) was recently opened in the immediate vicinity (1 km). Good shopping facilities and restaurants can be found 7 km away in Haarby or Assens or at the surrounding farms, which sell their seasonal produce along the road. Brydegård Strand, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island of Funen, is also 7 kilometres away. On the Helnæs peninsula there are fishing opportunities, canoe hire and a beautiful nature reserve for hiking and experiencing nature.

The house is part of a small holiday home development and is in a very quiet location, making it perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. We recommend Sunday as a changeover day; especially for guests from Germany, we have found that there is much less congestion on Sundays than on Saturdays.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
