The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a CD player and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

One small dog allowed. A really lovely and cozy cottage on Fanø on a large and lovely enclosed natural plot with plenty of space for play and games. Charming and cozy log cabin with 3 bedrooms for 5 people. Cozyly furnished with a lovely bathroom, a nice kitchen, and 2 charming living rooms. One with a wood-burning stove for cool days. The other very bright with windows all around and access to the terrace. There is a large and lovely screened terrace that is partially covered. A lovely holiday home on the West Coast in a great location in a quiet area. The house had a new bathroom installed in 2016 and underwent a major renovation with an extension and new terrace in 2022. There is a heat pump for energy-efficient heating. It has become a real gem. Free final cleaning!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
