Changeover day Friday. The house will be completed by the end of 2020. Luxury holiday home with almost 180 degrees sea view in Sønderho on Fanø. This beautiful cottage on Fanø is furnished with 4 lovely bedrooms for 6 people, 2 beautiful bathrooms, one of which has both a bath and an infrared sauna. Here you lack nothing, but get the most fantastic location and a view that only the few can dream of. The cottage is energy efficient with a heat pump, and on cool days you can light up the wood stove and enjoy cooking in the beautiful and practical kitchen, while from the family room / dining area there is direct access to terraces around the cottage. On the 1st floor there is a fantastic view from the living room to the south down Manø and to the west and north. The stairs to the 1st floor have no handrails. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
