Inside, there is one bedroom with a double bed and cot, a family room with a double bed, TV, and high chair, and an annex with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additional amenities include electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children. The house was originally built in 1961 and renovated in 2025, offering a modern, comfortable interior while retaining a cozy charm. Outdoor features include a charcoal grill, terrace, and shower for convenient outdoor living. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
