General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, two televisions, a CD player, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two baths or showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a stovetop.

With a central location in Blåvand, this well-equipped Swedish style holiday cottage is furnished in light colours and in a modern style. The living room has vaulted ceilings and utterly tasteful furniture. There is a sofa bed with the possibility of making two extra beds and a PlayStation2. The fully fitted kitchen has all white cupboards. The exclusive bathroom is provided with a whirlpool and a sauna. The washing machine is located on the ground floor, hidden behind a sliding door. The staircase starts in the living room, and on the landing, there are two large and well-furnished bedrooms, one on each side of the house, and a bathroom in between. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

On 50 meter of BLÅVANDHUS you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 500 meter. You can also relax, because near BLÅVANDHUS in Blåvand you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
