The house is well furnished with comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, combi oven etc which helps to provide a relaxed atmosphere. In front of the terrace is a large common area with sandpit and swings. The house is located in the back row shielded from traffic. The sun can be enjoyed on the south-west faced terrace, which is shielded from the west wind. Free admittanece to water park. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.         Payment terms and -periods
