General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Well-laid-out and well-furnished year-round property with a sea view in the first row. A spacious house welcomes you, even on rainy days. On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and a cot and the large bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Furthermore, a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Large, bright kitchen with plenty of space for socializing. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, a cozy corner, a long dining table with space for 12 people. The sofa group by the Smart TV offers streaming via the network. On the 1st floor you will find the 3 other bedrooms, each with its own expression. In the back bedroom, there are three sleeping places. 1 * 2 double beds 1 * 1 double bed, 1 * 1, single sleeping place in the hallway between the bedrooms, small living room with TV with Apple TV and board and puzzles of various kinds, for brain teasers and fun. The house has terraces on three sides, so it is always possible to find shelter and enjoy the sun - when it is there. The large garden offers many sitting areas and plenty of space for activities such as ball games, ladder golf, croquet or king's game. The house is adorned with a large terrace with awning, from which you can enjoy life, the sea view and the sunset. In the common area between the garden and the beach you will find a couple of soccer goals and a petanque court, which are free to use. A child-friendly beach, a combination of sand and pebbles, that is not overcrowded, is just a short walk from the house. In the immediate area you will find several restaurants, a campsite with a water park, roadside stalls offering fresh strawberries, potatoes and various fruits and vegetables depending on the season, and some sell wood for the wood-burning stove all year round. On the plot there are two separate properties, one of which is occupied by the owner. Good parking at the house. Energy-efficient water to air heat pump. Not rented to youth and crafts groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
