Modern and attractive vacation home with indoor hot tub for relaxation and wellness. Located in the middle of picturesque Arrild Ferieby. Built with high-quality materials, this vacation home is sure to appeal to even the most discerning guest. The furnishings are both cozy and functional, and the house can easily accommodate two families. The kitchen is conveniently connected to the dining room. Adjacent to this is the cozy living area with a pellet stove. The living room opens onto the large, partially covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes in the house, as well as a separate annex that can be used all year round with access from the carport, so you can enter without getting your feet wet. The vacation home has two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a whirlpool tub. A climate-friendly air-to-water heat pump feeds the pleasant underfloor heating throughout the house. There is much to discover in the holiday resort, including restaurants, shopping facilities, a playground, fishing lake, mini golf, swimming pool, etc. – all within walking distance. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
