Not far from the shores of Lake Kvie Sø, you will find this modern vacation home built in 2022 in typical Scandinavian style, which can accommodate up to 12 people. For relaxation, there is an outdoor hot tub for up to six people. The vacation home offers the perfect setting for cozy get-togethers, relaxation, or active vacations. The centerpiece of the house is definitely the large, bright kitchen with a glass facade facing west. The living room is comfortably furnished with space for everyone. In the 25 m² separate activity room, there are various leisure activities and games to choose from for fun and games with young and old alike. The property also features a 150 m² wooden terrace for sunny days and cozy barbecue evenings. Even in the cooler months, you can relax in the warm water of the large outdoor whirlpool. The natural property offers a lawn with a soccer goal for little Messis and Ronaldos. For the little ones, there is also a swing, sandbox, and garden trampoline (use at your own risk). The house is equipped with solar panels, which significantly reduces the amount of electricity consumed.It is possible to charge an electric car at the house. There is also air conditioning in the house. Free access to the water park (Swim & Play) and 1 hour of free bowling per person per day at Sportium in Varde. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
