With this vacation home in Løjt Holiday Center, you get a completely renovated and modernly furnished vacation home located in a scenic area, where you have one of Denmark's best and most beautiful 18-hole golf courses within approx. 400 meters.The house is bright and quietly located. From the house, it is a short distance to the lovely and child-friendly beach in Løjt.In the fall of 2021, the homeowner combined the kitchen and living room to create a large kitchen-dining area with even more natural light.New wooden floors have been laid and everything has been painted in light colors.You have free access to all the attractions at the holiday center. For example, during the high season, you can use the pool, which is free of charge and open from May 15 to September 15. There is a barbecue and café by the pool.You will also find beach volleyball, mini golf, petanque, and a jumping pillow.The vacation home has two terraces. You can enjoy the morning sun and the view of the water and the area from one terrace and afternoon coffee and dinner from the other.The nature in and around the holiday center invites you to enjoy a wealth of walking and cycling trips. Don't forget to take a walk along the water, and for those interested in fishing, the fishing waters are said to be really good. A little-known gem can be found a short distance from the cottage, namely the island of Barsø. Remember to book a ticket online before sailing from the small ferry terminal.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
