The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a porch, a terrace and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

The vacation home is characterized by an architecturally attractive design, with the longest side of the house facing the water. From the very large kitchen-diner of the house, you can enjoy the most wonderful view of the water! All rooms have comfortable underfloor heating. The interior is decorated in a beautiful Nordic style. Built in 2021 from high-quality materials, this spacious vacation home consists of an open kitchen connected to the living room, where there is a TV and direct access to the partially covered terrace. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture. The house also has four bedrooms and two good bathrooms. The beautiful beach of Skarrev is only about 25 meters from the house and offers, among other things, a pétanque court and soccer goal, as well as a small playground at the nearby campsite, which you are welcome to use. After a refreshing dip in the sea, you can rinse off under the house's outdoor shower at the back of the house. The vacation home is located on a large natural property, and there is also a large communal area that is perfect for ball games, etc. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
