The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

At Løjt Ferieby you will find this well-appointed cottage located with beautiful views. The cottage is a stone's throw from Aabenraa Golf Club, which has one of Denmark's best and most scenic 18-hole courses. From the house there are approx. 5 min walk to nice and child-friendly beach. The house is close to the lake, where you can experience ducks in the water and wildlife at the water's edge from the surrounding forest. There is free use of the resort's outdoor swimming pool with children's pool approx. 200 m from the house. This is open in the period 15.05-15.09. By the pool there is a barbecue, which is open during the summer months. Other common activities near the house are beach volleyball, mini golf, petanque and games room. The holiday home area Løjt is located between two ridges and extends all the way down to the water at Genner Bay, in the middle of the beautiful southern Jutland nature where there are also fishing opportunities. There are also many excursion options, including to Legoland, Givskud Zoo or the trading towns Aabenraa, Kolding, Sønderborg and the old idyllic market town Christiansfeld. The area also offers many historical sights, and the house is located approx. 30 km from the Danish / German border with opportunities to make some purchases in the border shops. Otherwise you can enjoy the sun and a barbecue evening by the house. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
