Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the remaining two each have two single beds, making the house ideal for both families and groups of friends. There are also two modern bathrooms and a bright, open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare holiday meals, and a washing machine and tumble dryer add extra convenience during your stay. Outside, you will find a spacious terrace with excellent sun exposure, sun loungers and a barbecue. After a day at the beach or exploring the surrounding nature, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub or unwind in the outdoor sauna. Anglers will also appreciate the fish-cleaning station at the house, making it easy to prepare the day's catch. Agger offers easy access to both the North Sea and the Limfjord, both renowned for excellent fishing opportunities. The area also offers outstanding nature experiences, surfing, cycling routes and hiking trails through Thy National Park. The holiday home is non-smoking and is not available for youth groups or work crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
