Well-maintained holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2021, located in the Agger Tange Holiday Center. Situated at the front of the park near the dunes, it is just approximately 150 meters from the North Sea and beach. The open-plan kitchen and living area is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, and fridge-freezer. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and brightened by large windows overlooking the private terrace. There is free Wi-Fi and TV. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a double sofa bed and an additional TV. Outside, the terrace includes a garden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views of the coastal landscape and surrounding dunes. Guests have access to a variety of activities within the holiday center. Free use of the indoor swimming pool with a separate children’s pool and sauna is included. Outdoor amenities include tennis, a playground, mini golf, and a campfire area. A communal coin-operated laundry is available on-site. The holiday center also provides a public charging station for electric cars. The property is ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday, offering both comfort and convenient access to local attractions, nature, and beach activities. Rental is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
