The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the charming country house, where the owner lives on the ground floor. The living room is bright and spacious and furnished with both a dining area and cozy seating areas. The personal decor and the classic furniture give the home a very special atmosphere. It is possible to prepare your holiday meals and enjoy them together at the dining table, while the view of the surrounding countryside contributes to the peaceful holiday atmosphere. The holiday apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 4 people. One room is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There is also a guest toilet on the 1st floor. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor, where you will also find the home's sauna - perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. In the hallway on the ground floor there is also a washing machine and dryer available. The property is located in the middle of the open countryside with fields as far as the eye can see. On the farm there are sheep, chickens and cats, which help to create the authentic and cozy atmosphere. Here there are good opportunities to enjoy country life and slow down completely. The area invites you to walk and cycle through the beautiful landscape, and the car can be used for excursions to the area's nature, beaches, small towns and local attractions. A good choice for couples or a small family who want a different holiday with peaceful surroundings, rural charm and nature right on their doorstep. Electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price, so you don't have to pay extra for consumption during your stay. Note: The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor. The ground floor is divided with separate entrances, so you have private access to your own section, where the bathroom, sauna, washing machine and dryer are located. The owner lives in the other part of the ground floor. There are animals on the property, including sheep, chickens and cats.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
