The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stovetop.

In the heart of Skagen city, this modern and inviting holiday home is only approx. 500 m from Skagen center and the pedestrian street and a few minutes drive from Skagen Sønderstrand and Grenen, where the many sights and not least the unique nature can be experienced. The cottage has a good interior with entrance hall / utility room with underfloor heating and washing machine and closet space. Large bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. There are four large and bright bedrooms with closet space, one of which has access to the garden. Well equipped kitchen / living room with good dining area and TV. From here there is access to the partially enclosed tiled terrace. Bright living room with good furniture, TV and also with access to the garden, where you can have fun and cook good food on the grill. There are international TV channels as well as the option to use Chromecast. For the little ones there are two high chairs and two cots. There is also a good tool shed for bicycles etc. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

On 500 meter of BF-YHHPZ you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 50 meter. You can also relax, because near BF-YHHPZ in Skagen you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
