The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two bunk beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The cottage's living room has large windows that offer sea views and bring plenty of light into the living room and kitchen. In addition to the wellness area, the central gathering point is the living room, which is a large and extremely inviting living space with a wood-burning stove, dining area, and integrated kitchen area. The living room also has a large flat-screen TV, if you can tear your eyes away from the wonderful view revealed by the panoramic windows. The floor plan also consists of four good bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is located in the same area as the wellness area. While you enjoy splashing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, you can also admire the beautiful coastal landscape that awaits just outside the windows. The sea view is combined with the smell of salt water and other sensory impressions as you sit on the large terrace and enjoy your vacation. The terraces are located almost all the way around the house. Here you can always find sun, shade, and shelter. There is also a garden grill. In 2022, an air-to-air heat pump was installed in the house, as well as an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool. This makes the house energy efficient and cheaper to heat. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
