General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a stovetop, a dishwasher and a stove.

High-quality two-story cottage with attention to detail and panoramic views of the countryside and fantastic fjord views both indoors and outdoors. The house is located only about 500 meters from the fjord, but there is no direct access to the beach from the property. The house is a low-energy house, i.e., well insulated and with a central heating system. In front of the house there is approx. 4000 km2 of land, where there is access to a table and bench set (approx. 400 meters from the house) with a panoramic view of the Limfjord. It is also possible to see both deer and hares etc. in front of the house. The entire house is bright and inviting and is made of the best materials. Ground floor: Open kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with a sleeping area. The living room offers cozy furniture, free internet, flat-screen TV with both Danish and international channels, including TV2 and ZDF. There is a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is high quality and well equipped with ceramic hobs, American refrigerator, American freezer with 200 liters of freezer space, tap with 100-degree water Cooker, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower. There is a central vacuum cleaner in the house. In the house to the right, there is a dryer and washing machine, gas grill, and fish cleaning area. The building to the left of the main entrance is a private house. On the ground floor, there is also a large wooden terrace in front of the living room and kitchen. First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed, a walk-through room with a double bed, and a small single room with a single bed. On the first floor, there is a living room/lounge with direct access to a large balcony with panoramic views of the countryside and fantastic views of the fjord. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and 2-person spa. A house suitable for all seasons, which must be experienced. Not available for rent to youth groups or tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

On 2,8 kilometer of BF-JJYYN you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-JJYYN in Ranum you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
