The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single folding bed, a single bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio and a TV. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a stove.

Beautifully located vacation home in scenic surroundings near Rødhus with plenty of space for the whole family.The cottage is located on a large, partly hilly natural plot with dunes, close to a plantation with good hiking trails – a truly scenic area located by Rødhus Beach, within walking distance of the North Sea. In recent years, the house has been equipped with solar cells and an air/water heat pump for heating domestic water and underfloor heating. It is also possible to charge an electric or hybrid car via a fitted electric charging socket. There is 500 Mb internet (not WiFi). Large west-facing terrace and east/south-facing terrace, so you can move around to follow the sun and find shelter. On the terrace, you can enjoy warm summer evenings with a barbecue. The living room has a wood-burning stove, so you can continue to enjoy the cozy atmosphere indoors or on colder winter evenings. There is a large entrance hall with closet space and a washer and dryer. Bedroom with double bed, guest bathroom with shower, open kitchen/family room connected to a large living room with wood-burning stove, TV with Apple TV with channel package, where you can watch Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. Hallway with access to large bathroom with bathtub and shower, bedroom with single bed, bedroom with closet wall and double bed, and bedroom with closet wall, double bed, and single bed.Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
