This charming vacation home is located right on the harbor basin of Nibe Marina, offering a fantastic view of the marina, the fjord, and the surrounding area. You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the lively harbor just a few meters from your doorstep. The house features a hallway leading to a bright kitchen and dining area, perfect for family meals and socializing. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is conveniently located in a cupboard in the entrance hall. On the upper floor, a large attic bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed, providing extra space for family or guests. From the kitchen and living area, you can step out onto a terrace of approximately 12 m², ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals while watching the boats in the harbor. In addition, there is a 24 m² enclosed courtyard offering privacy and a safe space for children to play. The marina area is perfect for swimming, with a large harbor basin equipped with changing rooms and a sun terrace. At the other end of the harbor, a bathing beach with a jetty has been created. During the high season, lifeguards are on duty, ensuring a safe experience for everyone. The location is picturesque and peaceful, yet only about 15 km from Aalborg, which offers pedestrian zones, unique specialty shops, and excellent restaurants. The combination of waterfront living and convenient access to town amenities makes this home ideal for a relaxing holiday. Please note that rentals to youth groups or tradespeople are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
