The house is on two levels with large living room with access to the balcony on the first floor and combined kitchen/dining area with access to the terrace on the ground floor. TV both in the kitchen and the 1st floor living room. The decor is in a modern Danish style in high quality and with many interesting details in each room. There is a strong emphasis on the incidence of light and the house is equipped with several large windows to ensure optimum light through the house. For the children there is a playground in the area and plenty of lawn that they can romp on. No letting to youth and builder groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
