Holiday home with sauna located on a large, magnificent plot in the popular holiday area Grønhøj Strand, which allows for walks along the marked paths, where you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet. The cottage is modern and has the right cottage style as well as a sauna and a beautiful sun terrace. The living room offers a large window area that invites daylight and the beautiful natural surroundings inside, while the ceiling to the ceiling lights up and helps to create the perfect holiday home atmosphere. Well equipped, open kitchen and lovely dining area with direct access to covered terrace. Four large bedrooms with plenty of closet space and two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Outdoors, a beautiful terrace environment spreads, so it is easy to find a spot of sunshine no matter the time of day. Morning coffee and rolls can be taken on the east terrace, and later in the day you can move to the south-facing section when it's time for a nap in the sun. In the evening, you may prefer the covered terrace, so you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the dune landscape, even if the dew falls. There are football goals and a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
