This 323 m² country house is located high up with a view over the countryside and the Limfjord 2,500 meters away. Nordic architecture and interior design, simple and beautiful. The best materials have been used, with impressive 9-meter-high wooden rafters. Despite the ceiling height, the acoustics are good. The house has a central vacuum cleaner, self-cleaning oven, air-to-water heat pump, and solar cells, making it an energy-efficient house.The house is undisturbed on a 4000 m² plot, where there is a small bench and chairs with a view of the fjord. There are terraces all around the house. In the garden there is a wilderness bath for 4 people, an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also a petanque court and outdoor chess. The house has plenty of room for 10 people in 4 large bedrooms, all with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. It is located on the large landing. There are 2 large bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a toilet, double sinks, shower, and underfloor heating. The second bathroom is on the first floor and has a toilet, shower, sink, bathtub, and underfloor heating. The ground floor also has an open kitchen and family room with dining area at one end. Next to the kitchen is a small home office with power outlets and bar stools. At the other end is the living room. Both rooms offer beautiful views from the panoramic windows. The living room has a TV with free Danish and German channels. Firewood for the wilderness bath is paid for directly in the house. Not available for rent to tradespeople or youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
