The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two single folding beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The holiday home is energy efficient with a heat pump that allows for lower consumption. The holiday home is bright and inviting and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with satellite dishes with German channels, international channels, and Danish TV, including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, whirlpool, and sauna for four people. The house has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a loft with fold-out mattresses (for children). There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. There is both an open and covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the Limfjord. There is a playhouse in the garden. Not available for youth or work groups. A large communal playground is located 0.5 km from the house, and Landal Rønbjerg (water park and playground) is 7 km from the house. Løgstør or Farsø are 13 km from the holiday home. Smoke alarms are also available.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
