In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a coffee maker and a microwave.

There is a weekend bed and high chair for the little ones. The house has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with a sofa bed for two people. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, thereby reducing consumption. The house has a large terrace facing the garden with good garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
