The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a CD player, a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave and a stovetop.

This well-kept swimming pool house with tasteful, modern decor in a light style is located in completely undisturbed and scenic surroundings on the attractive holiday island Læsø. Payment for cleaning is paid at the local office on Læsø. From the living room, which is in open connection with the kitchen, there is a view of the swimming pool area, as well as access to a large terrace area, which forms a perfect setting for the joys of outdoor life, such as cozy barbecue evenings, sunbathing, playing with the children and much more. There will probably be a lot of time spent in the attractive swimming pool department, which in addition to the swimming pool and whirlpool itself offers a swimming coach, slide, children's corner and a good warming sauna. On the loft is mounted a TV with video - a great place for cozy moments for both children and young people. Outdoors, there is plenty of garden furniture, including 3 solar carts, and for the children there is both a sandbox and swings. Læsø is a world a little for itself. First and foremost because of the magnificent almost unspoilt nature. Superb experience for cycling enthusiasts p.g.a. well-developed bike path. Large parts of the island are protected and for nature lovers an eldorado of rare plants and many bird species. In the summer, trips are arranged several times a week for children and adults, where you and the island's nature guide get many exciting experiences. Læsø also has a golf course - Seaside Golf Club's 18-hole course - which is within walking distance of the cottage (1 km). There are also good fishing opportunities and kilometers of child-friendly sandy beaches that invite you to swim in the clear water.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
