Outdoors, the cottage's large terraces, which connect to the house, invite you to sunbathe, barbecue, and relax, and there is plenty of space for games and ball games on the lawn. There is also a play tower with swings, a slide, and a sandbox. The child-friendly sandy beach is not far from the house. With its calm waters, there are plenty of opportunities for playing on the beach and safe swimming. There are optimal conditions for water activities such as diving, surfing, sailing, kayaking, and fishing. There is a 100-meter-long handicap-accessible bathing jetty with tables and benches, stairs to/from the water, and more. Access to the bathing jetty is also available for wheelchair users. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
