The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a bath or shower.

This holiday home from 2020 is built to a high standard with stylish décor and all modern equipment. There is a large, open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge area a lovely space with high ceilings and windows where the North Jutland light provides a good influx of light. In the pool, the children can splash and the adults relax in the hot tub or sauna, or get together for a game of table football. There are three bedrooms and a spacious loft. The cottage is super energy-optimized with, among other things, an air/water heat pump that makes it cheap to run. The holiday home is located on a secluded natural plot with shelter from the large trees, where there is a multi-court. On the terrace you can enjoy all the summer sunshine hours with relaxation, sunbathing, barbecue meals and a glass of chilled wine from the wine cabinet in the kitchen on warm evenings. There is a play tower with swings and a slide for the kids. The summer house is located in some of North Jutland's most beautiful nature in the very popular Bratten. Here there is plenty of space between the cottages, and wildlife can be experienced up close and personal. Not for rent to youth and craftsman groups. There is a charging socket for electric cars, the charger runs on the meter, guests must bring their own cable, there is a charging station for electric cars.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
