Only about 200 meters from the waves of the Limfjord at Helligsø Drag, you will find this summer house built in 2021 with a large outdoor hot tub for 5 people. The cottage is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with an open kitchen/family room/living room. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing for low consumption. The living room/family room offers modern furniture, free internet, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with built-in Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a high chair for the little ones. The high-quality kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer with approx. 175 l freezer capacity, and dishwasher. The house has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds (140 cm x 200 cm) and one bedroom with bunk beds for two people. There are two bathrooms. The utility room has both a washing machine and a dryer. The house offers several terraces, both open and covered. There is also an outdoor hot tub with room for 5 people, which can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. There is good garden furniture and a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. In addition, there are terraces around the entire house. Final cleaning included! Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
