The holiday home for 14 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, four single folding beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stovetop and a stove.

Holiday cottage with low energy equipped with solar panel and heat pump. The 200 m² house, located on a 2,600 m² plot near the sea, offers luxury at the highest level. The special architecture ensures optimum utilisation of solar energy, which means that you can save up to 50% of normal power consumption, which is particularly noticed as all floors have heated tile floors. There is energy-efficient heat pump. In the pool area awaits you a great bathing pleasure. The 5.5 x 3.2 m large pool invites you both to play as to test your fitness through the counter-current system. The kids will be ecstatic with the roller coaster and in the whirlpool you can enjoy the bubbling underwater jets. From the pool area there is access to a sauna, where you can try out the temperature. The house is bright and tastefully decorated with light wooden walls and ceilings and a kitchen with cooking island and dining area. In the living room you can enjoy views of the area and glimpse the sea. Mezzanine with TV which will undoubtedly become the children's favorite residence. From the bench on the plot there is a beautiful panoramic sea view. The house is surrounded by magnificent scenery. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
