The rear part of the holiday area borders a plantation, only about 1,200 meters from the sea, offering the choice between the North Sea’s waves or the calmer on-site pool. The nearby town of Fjerritslev provides charming shops, restaurants, and a golf course. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the 26 km mountain biking route between Kollerup and Slettestrand, as well as numerous hiking trails in the scenic surroundings. This bright and well-equipped holiday home provides comfort, privacy, and a fantastic location for families or groups looking to enjoy both nature and recreational activities. Please note: rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
