Holiday cottage from 1964 and remodelled and renovated in 1995/2008. There is an 18 m² large swimming pool and a whirlpool. The living room has i.a. TV with satellite and a high chair. There is limitless fibre-optic broadband. There are 3 terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy the sun and have barbecues. The house is located on a 891 m² large plot with plenty of shelter and cosy nooks where you can enjoy the sun. There are sandpit and swing for the children. Free admitaance to water park. No letting to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
