The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Thatched cottage with access to a shared swimming pool and large activity area in scenic surroundings. In the area, you are free to use the excellent shared facilities, outdoor training, soccer, tennis, petanque, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The well-appointed cottage is located undisturbed at the end of a closed road. Large windows invite the scenic surroundings inside, so you can enjoy the green view from both the sofa area and the dining area, and the open kitchen provides good working conditions when cooking – including a dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as four good bedrooms. Southeast of the cottage is a small tiled terrace that invites you to enjoy a quiet moment in the morning sun, as well as a large southwest-facing terrace area, where you have good shelter between the wings of the house. From the cottage, you can walk straight into the coniferous trees that spread out to the east of the natural grounds. Here you can follow a path for a short walk to the common area, and if you walk in the other direction, you will soon be out of the holiday area and on your way through the open countryside towards Kollerup Beach. The house has a shared area, which is owned by a total of 52 neighboring houses.In a separate building, there is an indoor swimming pool, which can be used from Easter to the fall holidays, as well as an outdoor pool, which is heated by the sun and can therefore only be used during the warmest periods. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
