The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a billiard, a garden, a football table and a jacuzzi. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Well-located and well-maintained vacation home (partially renovated in 2022), with room for several families, 2-person hot tub, activities for the whole family, located only about 350 meters from the fjord. The cottage's large garden provides ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults, including table football, billiards, and air hockey (table model). In addition, there is electronic darts. The house has an energy-efficient heat pump (air/air), which reduces energy consumption. The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The kitchen/family room features a ceramic stove, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and freezer with a minimum capacity of 60 liters. There is also a high chair for the little ones. The living room has comfortable furniture, free high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German TV channels, and Chromecast, which allows you to stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings. Bright and modern bathroom with a 2-person spa bath, bathing area, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. Guest bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. There is also a washing machine in the house and the possibility to dry clothes outside. There are 4 bedrooms, all with good quality double beds. In addition, there is a loft with a double bed. There is also a weekend bed for the little ones. The house is suitable for 8 adults and 2 children. The house offers several open/covered terraces with good garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. A house that must be experienced, suitable for all seasons. Not available for rental to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
