The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a billiard, a football table, a table tennis table and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with three showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Parking for several cars is available, and a charging station (Type 2 IEC 62196-2) makes it easy for guests with electric vehicles. Just 400 metres away, via a small private path, the North Sea awaits with its refreshing waves and wide beaches. The nearby village of Tversted adds to the charm with shopping options, cosy restaurants, and in summer, the beloved ice cream shop *Det Blå Ishus*. This holiday home blends tranquillity, nature, and seaside simplicity into an unforgettable retreat. Please note: no rentals to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
