The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as opportunities for play. The summer house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings.The kitchen has a ceramic stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker.Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. In addition, there is an alcove with two normal full-size beds with a fantastic view of the Limfjord/area. There is also a loft, which is perfect for playing. The house offers several open terraces with garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. There is also a closed/covered terrace where you can seek shelter if the weather is not suitable for the other terraces. The vacation home is also located opposite the area's large playground, where you can keep an eye on the children while the rest of the family relaxes on the terrace. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
