The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds, two single folding beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo, a CD player, a DVD player and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and two baths or showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Spacious holiday cottage located in beautiful surroundings at Tranum Strand. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, mezzanine, alcove and bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. There is energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. From two of the bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace, as well as from both the kitchen and living room. Both bathrooms have towel rail. The decor is modern, tasteful and of high quality. The large windows ensure the best possible light both day and night, making the spacious living room light and pleasant, just like the many m² ensure enough space for a large family. The large, south-facing terrace is the ideal residence on sunny days, and the plot is level with plenty of opportunities for outdoor games and other activities. No letting to youth and builder groups. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
