The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds, four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a table tennis table, a billiard, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a terrace and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, two fridge-freezers, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The high ceilings and large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, especially in the living room, which is a wonderful living space with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen area. There are sectional and dimmable spotlights in the kitchen/family room. Adjacent to the living room is an activity room with billiards, table tennis, and table football, where you can compete to win the holiday championship in all disciplines. There are five large bedrooms, one of which is located in the annex. Two good bathrooms with showers, underfloor heating, and a changing table and baby bathtub for the little ones. The house has plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family, including a play tower, swings, soccer goals, and nets with equipment for volleyball and badminton. In the storage room, you will find an extra refrigerator/freezer. The house has a lovely wooden terrace, which is perfect for quiet and cozy moments, and as there is also a partially covered terrace, you can really enjoy the long summer evenings outdoors. In addition, the property is fenced in. There is a shed with space for bicycles or strollers. Parking is allowed on the property by the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
