Holiday home in a class of its own located on a large natural plot with a view of the dunes and only approx. 75 m from child-friendly beach at Ålbæk. The house is decorated in a bright and cozy style. Open well-equipped kitchen / dining room with good dining area, living room with wood stove and heat pump; from here there is direct access to a large, covered terrace with a nice outdoor kitchen, where dinner can be prepared on the house grill or you can enjoy the bright evenings and the beautiful nature over the dunes. There are three good rooms with closet space. The house's bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and shower. In addition, there is a washing machine in the entrance hall. With its unique location, this house is ideal for those who want relaxation, sun, beach and nature experiences during the holidays. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
