The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer, a freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are three cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a microwave.

A unique location with its own private path to the child-friendly and beautiful beach in a quiet area close to Ålbæk town. The house has been completely renovated in a modern Nordic style with a view of the dunes.The summer house has plenty of room for the whole family, with three lovely bedrooms (bed sizes are 2 x 90 x 200 and 2 x 140 x 200) and two of the bedrooms have a loft for the little ones to enjoy. A lovely bright bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, and washing machine.The heart of the house is definitely the large, well-equipped kitchen/family room, which offers modern amenities such as an automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living room with lovely comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove. The house is also equipped with a work table with a view of the beautiful nature.The outdoor area is a testament to good taste. The cottage is surrounded by truly beautiful nature. Two terraces on the other side of the house, one of which is partially covered, offer plenty of opportunities to find shelter, sun, or shade, so you can make the most of the Danish summer from morning to night.Only 50 meters to a beautiful sandy beach! So there is no excuse not to take a refreshing swim or walk along the kilometer-long sandy beach.There is an electric charging station - type Clever, token/chip is loaned out with the keys. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
