This completely renovated holiday home is located in the southern part of the Limfjord, only 100 meters from the beach. The house is located on a 1,980 m2 natural plot, which invites you to outdoor activities with a campfire, play and the possibility of swimming both summer and winter. On the plot you will also find a trampoline and two kayaks, which can be used freely (at your own risk). The plot also has a small lake, and the stream runs past. Around large parts of the house there is a wooden terrace with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Here you will find a large dining area, a relaxing lounge environment and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, which naturally becomes the gathering point on long summer days. The terrace is well sheltered from the sometimes fresh wind from the Limfjord. After a dip in the fjord you can warm up in the sauna and rinse off under the outdoor shower. The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping places and 2 bathrooms, making it suitable for two families. The kitchen/dining room is large and can accommodate 10 dining guests. In addition to all modern appliances, there is also an extra refrigerator for drinks or other things. From the living areas you can enjoy the view of the small stream and the protected area through the large windows, where you may be lucky enough to see the area's rich wildlife. The living room is equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and invites you to relax in soft furniture in front of the wood-burning stove, or enjoy cozy company at the large game table. The house is decorated with soul and many fine details. A house where nature, comfort and well-being meet. There are several playgrounds and ball fields in the area close to the house. Less than 15 minutes walk from the house is Handbjerg Marina, where you will find a restaurant, ice cream kiosk, beaches, paddleboard/kayak rental and a good bed for launching trailer boats. Handbjerg Yacht Harbor is a natural gathering place for tourists in the area and offers a good atmosphere along the harbor's wooden terraces. Shopping can be done in Vinderup, approximately 4 kilometers from Handbjerg. If you want to explore more city life, Struer, about 10 km away, is recommended. There are a variety of restaurants, a lovely harbor environment with activities for everyone, including an excellent spa that will pamper all your senses. There is a cycle path to both cities. The charming market town of Holstebro is also within 0.5 hours drive. There is a power outlet at the parking lot, type 16 A CEE. The house is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
