Well-located and well-maintained vacation home (renovated in 2022) with a 6-person wilderness bath and a view of the Limfjord with a child-friendly bathing beach and bathing jetty only about 250 meters from the house. The holiday home offers ample opportunity to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The holiday home also offers activities for the whole family, where you can spend many enjoyable hours together. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room. The living room has modern furniture, high-speed internet, and a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish channels, including TV-2. There is a pellet stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings. Renovated kitchen with ceramic hob (induction), separate oven with grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. In addition, there is a separate freezer with a capacity of at least 60 liters. Modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, bathroom environment, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and dryer. The house has two bedrooms in the house itself, one of which has a good double bed and one with a bunk bed, including a TV with the option of streaming your own services. In addition, there is an annex with two good single beds. The house has several open terraces with good garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area.The garden is fenced in. From the house, it is walking distance to Handbjerg with its marina, seasonal restaurants, and antique shop. Ice cream bar and Lillefjordgården are nearby. Not available for rent to tradespeople or youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
