The holiday home for 22 persons has four bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and ten double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, two televisions and a heater. In addition there is a football table, a terrace, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a billiard and a sauna and there are two jacuzzis. The badroom is equipped with four toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, two dishwashers and a coffee maker.

Large, well-appointed and renovated 467 m2 holiday home for 22 people, located on a large natural plot in beautiful Vedersø Klit, only approx. 500 meters from the North Sea and long, beautiful beaches. The cottage has a large, new and very well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, 2 ovens, 2 induction hobs, 2 fridge/freezers and 2 dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen is a very spacious dining and living area with a wood-burning stove, sofas, TV, and plenty of light from the many windows, which quickly becomes the focal point of the house. The holiday home includes a lovely wellness area with a hot tub and a large sauna for 14 people, where you can relax and feel close to nature through the windows. The cottage also has an activity room with a pool table, table tennis table, darts, table football, and a small, cozy bar connected to a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and hotplates. There is also a small office here. This section has a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, all with double beds. The fifth room has both a double bed and a bunk bed with room for two people. The sixth room is a large family room with two double beds and access to a terrace facing east, where you can enjoy the morning sun. The large, secluded grounds feature several cozy nooks and well-placed terraces, providing opportunities to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book, or play games and ball sports. With the area, the cozy atmosphere, and the facilities in place, the best setting is ensured for a large family vacation, a vacation for several blended families, or a vacation for many friends. Electric cars can be charged at the house's charging station.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

On 300 meter of BF-ZMHTT you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-ZMHTT in Tim you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
