The holiday home for 24 persons has two bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed, eight double beds, two bunk beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a game console, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a football table, a billiard, a table tennis table, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

At Vedersø Klit, you will find this completely renovated summer house (2023) with an eye for detail, located on a 3700 m2 plot with activities for the whole family, both indoors and outdoors. The house also offers a brand new luxury wilderness bath with lights and bubbles with room for 14-16 people, as well as a huge sauna barrel with room for 12-14 people. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, with opportunities for play and activities for the whole family, as well as enjoying the sun from several cozy areas, including 5 hammocks. The house is heated with an energy-efficient air/water heat pump and there is a ventilation system with a heating plate, which provides a fantastic indoor climate, as well as a pellet stove (exclusive 6 mm wood pellets - must be brought yourself). There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms. In addition, there is a charging station for electric cars (Type 2) with a 7 m cable. The house is an activity house with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including table football, billiards, table tennis, electronic darts, outdoor beach volleyball, hammocks, a soccer field, and mini golf courses. Please note that mini golf and hammocks are available from approximately April 1 to October 31. The house's large youth room also invites you to relax, with a PlayStation 4 including games, beanbag chairs, and a 65 smart TV where the kids can stream various TV services. The holiday home is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a kitchen/family room/living room. The living room offers modern furniture and a smart TV with German, Danish, and Nordic channels. There is a fully automatic wood-burning stove (with pellets) to spread cosiness and warmth on a cool summer evening or a rainy and windy autumn day. The kitchen has a large ceramic hob (induction), extractor hood, 2 separate ovens, one of which also functions as a microwave, fridge/freezer with ice cube machine and cold water, coffee machine, mixer, blender, and 2 dishwashers. There is seating for up to 28 people at the dining table. There are two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating, and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The cottage has nine bedrooms, all with new luxury beds, including six rooms with double beds, two rooms with two single beds, and one room with two Norwegian bunks that can accommodate six people. In addition, there is a double bed in the living room. There is free high-speed fiber internet throughout the house (1000/1000 Mbit). The house offers an open terrace with an outdoor kitchen consisting of a grill, sink, gas burner, griddle, etc., where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. On the terrace, you will also find the house's large wilderness bath/jacuzzi, which is heated by electricity and therefore always ready for use. The wilderness bath is a natural gathering place for the whole family. In addition, there is a large sauna barrel with room for 12-14 people and an outdoor shower. Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

On 8,1 kilometer of BF-RKVZ2 you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 3,8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-RKVZ2 in Tim you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
