There are many excursion options within a short distance. Toftum Bjerge is located at the entrance to the Limfjord and there is access to the beach by the fjord via a long staircase. In general, the area around Limfjorden offers some of the most beautiful Danish nature. In Toftum Bjerge there is a large playground, mini golf and an 18-hole golf course. Just a few kilometers from Toftum Bjerge is Klosterheden, which is Denmark's largest planted forest. The forest is a popular excursion spot, as there are routes for walkers, cyclists and joggers. For families with children, a walk in the forest and a visit to the forest playground, which is built entirely from natural materials, are highly recommended. The North Sea is about a 20-minute drive from the house. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
