The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single folding bed and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a game console and a heather. In addition there is a table tennis table, a balcony or terrace and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Well-located vacation home with water views both outside and inside, situated on a 1278 m² natural plot with trees, only approx. 450 meters from the Limfjord and the child-friendly beach in Toftum Bjerge. PLEASE NOTE: The house is rented for a maximum of 14 days at a time per stay. The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a living room/kitchen. The living room offers free internet, comfortable furniture, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own TV services. There is also a wood-burning stove (pellets) to spread cosiness and warmth on a cool summer evening or a rainy and windy autumn evening. From the living room, there is also a view of the fjord. The kitchen has a ceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. There is also a washing machine. Bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. There is also an extra portable bed. The house is also an activity center with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including table tennis, electronic darts, and PlayStation 3 with games. The garden also offers fun and cozy moments for the whole family with a trampoline (use at your own risk) and a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy making s'mores and marshmallows. The garden is fenced in, providing both privacy and a safe environment for small children and animals. There is both a covered terrace and an open terrace. The open terrace has comfortable garden furniture and two sun loungers. There is also a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the fjord. The nearby campsite has shopping facilities, a cafeteria, and free access to the campsite's playground and bouncy castle, as well as the opportunity to enjoy the animals. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
