The property offers a range of exceptional facilities, including a spa, sauna and a rowing boat, making it perfect for both relaxation and outdoor adventures. The house offers plenty of space for the whole family with three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining bunk bed, ideal for a child. For families with infants, a cot and high chair are also available. The spacious 42 m² living room is the heart of the home and features both a dining area and a cosy sofa area, complete with a wood-burning stove that provides warmth and atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a TV with both Danish and German channels, a DVD player and a stereo system. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays with a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a separate large freezer for added convenience (60–99 litres). There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has two bathrooms, one of which has underfloor heating. One bathroom has a shower, while the other features a luxurious spa bath and direct access to the sauna – perfect for relaxing after an active day. The large 2,500 m² landscaped garden is a pleasure to enjoy. Children will love the spacious outdoor area, which features a swing, sandbox and trampoline (use at your own risk). The large 120 m² terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day and is equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. A fantastic bonus for guests is the included rowing boat, which can be transported to the beach using the garden tractor provided at the house. The property is also particularly well suited to anglers, as it is equipped as a designated “fishing house” with a fish-cleaning area and a large freezer. The nearest fishing spot is less than 2 km away. The house is energy-efficient thanks to an air-to-air heat pump and offers easy and flexible check-in via a Smart Lock key box.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
