The holiday home has three bedrooms with good quality beds: two with double beds and one with a Norwegian bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with two comfortable beds (spring mattresses) and a weekend bed for the little ones. There is also a PlayStation 4 with games in the loft. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. Outdoors, you can enjoy both open and covered terraces with high-quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill - perfect settings for cozy evenings while the sun sets over the area. There is also a trampoline (use at your own risk). Please note: The house is not rented to youth groups or crafts groups and is exclusively for holiday stays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
